Smith League, Abstract No. 210, Brazos County, Texas, and being a portion of the. remainder of that same 595.83 acre tract conveyed from Donald S. Moms, et al to Nantucket, Ltd:, as described by deed. recorded in VOLUME 531, PAGE 398 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, said 65.26 acre tract being more particularly described` as follows: BEGINNING at the east corner of said 595.83 acre tract, and. lying in the southwest right-of-way-line of Texas State Highway No. 6.
