HomeMy WebLinkAboutMiscellaneousFILE NOTE Edelweiss Estates Case #97-311 The Master Development Plan for Edelweiss Estates dated September 1997 was approved by staff. It was submitted in conjunction with Phases 11 and 12 and reflected minor changes previously reviewed by staff. The Master Plan was not. forwarded onto .the Planning and Zoning Commission. Staff approved it as submitted. There is a mylar of this Master Plan in the Preliminary Plat drawer. I destroyed all previous Master Plan mylars of the Edelweiss Subdivision in order to prevent confusion in the future. Mylar Reproducible 2. Three (3) folded bueline prints Please note. that Phases 6B and 7A were reworked to eliminate Ellingen Lane and the associated culdesac. If this Development Plan is approved, please forward an approved copy to Brazos County 911 so that the street names will be reserved. If you have any questions, please advise. Therefore, .the Master Plan can be approved at staff level and will not be forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council for their review. The following is a list of requirements that should be addressed: Ordinance Requirements: Rename "Ellingen Lane". There is a similar street. name in Bryan. Provide a street name for the small cul-de-sac with. five lots off of "Ellingen Lane". Submit a revised mylar original for review and final approval.
