Edelweiss Estates
Case #97-311
The Master Development Plan for Edelweiss Estates dated September 1997 was approved by staff. It
was submitted in conjunction with Phases 11 and 12 and reflected minor changes previously reviewed
by staff. The Master Plan was not. forwarded onto .the Planning and Zoning Commission. Staff
approved it as submitted.
There is a mylar of this Master Plan in the Preliminary Plat drawer. I destroyed all previous Master Plan
mylars of the Edelweiss Subdivision in order to prevent confusion in the future.
