B CANCELLATION BY LANDLORD: Landlord sha 1 have the right to
cancel. this LEASE AGREEMENT at anytime during the term hereof or any
successive term in the event of a sale of the d · sed premises or any
portion thereof or of the developnent of the demi ed premises or any
