A variance to the length of a cul-de-sac street is being requested. (Planning Case No. 97-306) Item Summary: The master preliminary plat includes approximately 102.5 acres divided into eighteen residential lots located on the west side of State Highway 6 across from the Texas World Speedway in the City of College Station's Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) and provides 9.1 acres of street right-of--way. An offsite easement must be obtained to provide access to State Highway 6.
