A basis of bearing has been provided on the preliminary plat. The metes and bounds descrip-lion has been revised per your comments. A rezoning application will be submitted prior to submittal of a final plat. The proposed dedication of the 60' off-site access easement will not be part of this preliminary plat, but maybe dedicated by separate instrument at a latter date. Brazos Village (Section One) has been referenced on the preliminary plat..
