Wellborn. Road (F.M.2154) has been zoned to a C-1 General Commercial classification. Retail Sales and Services and Retail Filling Stations are :permitted uses in C-1 zoning districts, therefore a Convenience. Store can be permitted at that.. location upon submission and approval of plans which comply with all .City codes and ordinances.
