^~ 3. Name & address of all easement holders.
4. Proposed name of subdivision (not spelled or pronounced similarly to any other subdivision
in Brazos-County, Texas).
(~ 5. Total area intended to be developed.
a. key map (vicinity map) not necessarily to scale.
6. Number of lots.
a. number of lots by Zoning District.
b. average acreage of each residential lot by Zoning District.
7. Approximate area of street right.-of--way.
^ 8. Proposed parkland dedication.

^ 10. Proposed MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN which includes:
a. proposed land uses, including but not.. limited to street rights-of--way;

Primary control points or descriptions and ties to such control point, to which, all dimensions,
angles bearings, block numbers, and similar data shall be referred (later). The .plat shall be
located with respect to a corner of the survey or tract, or an original corner of the original
survey of which it is a part.
Subdivision boundary lines indicated by heavy lines.
Location of the One Hundred Year Floodplain according to the most recent available
.information.
Date of preparation, scale in feet and north arrow.
Topographical information, including contours at 2 foot intervals, flow line elevation of
streams, and wooded areas.
Location, approximate dimensions, descriptions and name of all proposed streets, alleys,
drainage structures, parks or other public areas, reservations, easements or other rights-of-
way, blocks, lots and other sites within the subdivision.
Proposed drainage channel cross sections, if any.
Existing and/or proposed. well site locations.
A number or letter to identify which lot or site and each block.
Location of current city limits line and current zoning district boundary.
Ultimate primary system destination of storm water for. a distance of at least one quarter
mile down stream and possible storm sewer, water, gas, telephone, cable television, and
electric and sanitary sewer connections.
All streets must be continuous or end in a cul-de-sac.
Indicate any variances requested and reasons for same.

I don't think this will be a problem for a short. term situation, which I
assume this is. If it is-going to last more than a year,. then a temporary
turnaround will be needed. I hope this helps. Thanks.

jim, the way pleasant forest is being phased, the sanitation truck would have
to back up about 100' until phase two goes in. we wanted to get with you to
see how critioal this may be for you guys. 'the regs give us the discretion to
require a temporary turnaround, which we generally do require especially for
the emergency vehicles.. however, in this case, the emergency vehicles would.
not need a turnaround cause they have a policy. that they will back up i think
up to 150' or so. thus means sanitation becomes the sole concern.
