They will be maintained by the HOA as will the island in the middle. Even though they are a private improvement, I'd appreciate if you keep an eya; on the island during construction to make sure the areas for the parking spaces are being built and at the dimensions shown on the plans.. If you see something amiss please let us know over in DS and we°II take care of it with Steve Ardan. We'll hold CO's. I was just wondering if when your guys. inspect the street if you notice these areas don't appear to be there,. let us know. We will. look to see that they are there. I don't think that we could require them to bond them out or hold the plat up since they are private. There are 5 parking areas shown that scale to be 38', 45', 36', 29', and 3T. At 9' per parking space, that comes out to be about 20 parking spaces.
