This main,wiil wrap around the bulb of the
cul de sac eliminating the need for street crossings. The developer will need.
to let us know if he intends to build zero lot line homes in this development.
If so, meter location(s) will be on the front of the homes. instead of the side.
Please refer the developer/builders to my office with questions.
TU/LSG has no comments on the: Estates at River Run Phase II or Lake Placid East.

Based upon our previous meeting, Development Services has begun providing us
engineering estimates with the private development plans. This will allow us to identify
the cost of the infrastructure in the future. We do not have the engineering estimates for
this project. This memo provides a record of the infrastructure acceptance. However, the
engineering cost estimates for this infrastructure will be required from Development
Services.
