Case #97-240
Ordinance Requirements:
_ Verify Ghat no encroachments area being created with the new .property line.. (Is there a
.survey of the wall adjacent to the new property line? Staff wants to verify that the
minimum setback requirements will be met given the new property line.)
_ Correct the number of lots to " 2" in the legend.
- The curve. data for "C1" does not match -the same curve data on the original plat. (The
original plat shows. CB = N87 03 53 E, the proposed plat shows CB = N87°07' S3"E.)
Provide a basis of bearing for the survey.
Comments/Concerns:
_ Attached is an updated final plat application that should be :used for future final plats.
_ Coordinate telephone .service details with G.T.E. Representative. Laverne Akin at (409)
821-4723.
