Tract 17, Harvey Estates

Ordinance Requirements:
Show the location of the septic field. Will it be contained on Tract 17B?
_ Provide a general note that no private. sewage facility may be installed on any lot in this
subdivision without issuance of a license. by the Brazos- County. Health Department under
the .provisions of the private facility regulation adopted by the Commissioners Court of
.Brazos County, pursuant to the.: provision of .Section 21:004 of the Texas Water Code.
(See note #31 on the. attached checklist.)
Remove the. signature blocks for the Planning and Zoning Commission and City .Council.
Modify. the signature. block of the City Engineer as follows:
CERTIFICATE OF CITY ENGINEER AND CITY PLANNER
We, the undersigned, City Engineer and City. Planner of the City of .College Station,
hereby 'certify that this subdivision plat is in compliance' with the appropriate codes and
ordinances of the City of College Station.
City Engineer, City of College Station City Planner, City of College Station
Provide a basis of bearing for the survey.
Provide a note addressing- the 100 year floodplain and floodway according to the most
recent available data.
_ Include the total number of acres in the title .block.. (Also note on the "original plat" the
acreage of Tract 17.)
Label the existing utility easements on the "original plat".
Is the out building shown on the "original. plat" to remain?
_ Clarify .the :calls for the subject property. (The calls shown on the "original plat" do not
match what is shown on the "replat"
Note the right-of-way and pavement width of Bird Pond Road.
_ Attached is most. current final. plat application and checklist that should be used for all
future. plats.. Please.:throw away, destroy, burn, cut up or get rid of all previous application
forms and use the one attached.
Submit a letter of approval from the Brazos County Commissioner's Court..
SUBMIT THE REVISED MYLAR ORIGINAL WITH THE COUNTY JUDGE' S
SIGNATk3RE AND 2 COPIES. TO BE FILED AT THE BRAZOS .COUNTY .CLERK'S
