Ordinance Requirements•
Refer to all utility easements as "public utility easements".
_ The final plat is a minor plat as defined by the Subdivision Regulations and does not
require approval by the Commission or Council. .Remove the: signature blocks for the
Planning and Zoning Commission, City Council,. and Mortgagee. Modify the signature
block of the City Engineer as follows:

We, the undersigned, City Engineer and City Planner of the City of College Station,
hereby certify that this subdivision plat is in compliance with the appropriate codes and
ordinances of the City of College Station.

_ Submit a letter of approval from the Brazos County Commissioner's Court.
SUBMIT THE REVISED MYLAR ORIGINAL WITH THE COUNTY JUDGE' S
SIGNATURE AND 2 COPIES TO BE FILED AT THE BRAZOS COUNTY CLERK'S
