As the property has approximately 185' of frontage only, we support an access drive in the middle of the tract, to facilitate the recommended radii for the fire trucks. Requiring the access to one side or other of the property, will destroy the orientation of the proposed buildings on the site. With this letter, we respectfully request staff consider the curb cut as proposed on the developer's drawing, submitted separately. I will be mailable after the 14~' to discuss if necessary. The application for the final plat requests a statement addressing any differences between the final plat and the approved Master Preliminary Plat. Since they are being. run concurrently, there are no differences. In addition, there are no impact studies submitted for the lot, as no oversize participation is being requested.
