pedestals (green boxes) have to be relocated due to the change in the rear
lat lines -the developer/owner is responsible (cast) for this relocation.

Ordinance Requirements:
_~ The following lot dimensions differ between the original plat and the .amended plat. If
there is a discrepancy between the recorded and measured dimensions, show and note
both on the final plat.
The side lot line between lots 20-R and 21-R.
The rear lot line of lot 21R.
_ The side lot line between lot 23 and Treehouse Trail.
Provide a vicinity map on the plat.
Add a general note addressing the existence of floodplain on the property. (If floodplain
. ` does not exist,. add. a note to that effect and reference the current FEMA/FIRM maps.)
1/ Provide a survey. showing the location of the existing homes and their proximity to the
proposed lot lines. (This should be submitted on a separate sheet of paper.. Staff wants to
ensure that the relocation of lot lines will not create a setback violation.)
Submit paid tax certificates on all three lots.
Comments/Concerns:
_ GTE has existing facilities, in the .rear of all three lots. If the pedestals (green boxes) have
to be relocated due. to the-change in rear lot lines, the owners are responsible for the cost
of relocation. Coordinate telephone service details with G.T.E. Representative Laverne
Akin at (409) 821-4723..
SUBMIT THE MYLAR .ORIGINAL AND 2 COPIES OF THE REVISED FINAL PLAT TO
BE REVIEWED & APPROVED BY STAFF AND FII,ED FOR RECORD AT THE. COUNTY
