The gas main is installed along the residential. side of the utility easement on .Wellborn
Road.. The main is 6" polyethylene and runs .from Mortier to the new Rock Prairie.
Contact Lone Star Gas. Representative David borough for gas availability and meter
location at (409) 776-0627 office or (409) 777-0305 mobile/pager.
SUBMIT THE MYLAR .ORIGINAL AND 2 COPIES OF THE REVISED FINAL PLAT TO
BE REVIEWED & APPROVED'BY STAFF AND FILED FOR RECORD AT THE COUNTY
CLERK'S OFFICE.

Attached please find the following items on the above referenced project:
1. Application Form
Z. Filing Fee of $200.00
3. Ten (10) folded blueline prints of final plat
4. Two (2) copies of Drainage Report.
5. Copy of Paid Tax Certificate
The original of the Paid Tax Certificate was submitted in March, 1997 with the Edelweiss
Estates, Phase 10-B final plat and is still applicable.
Please notify me of the date and=time for PRC discussion of this project. As always, I will
submit the signed mylar original as soon as all staff requested revisions have been completed and the
street light easements have been added..
