one commercial lot located on the northwest corner of State Highway 6 and Eagle
Avenue, .east and north of Springbrook -Cypress Meadow Phase One. (97-201)
A Presubmisson Conference meeting was held Monday,. December 30, 1996 to discuss the above
mentioned .final plat.. The following is a list of ordinance requirements and comments
identified by the Presubmission Conference. This list does: not relieve the applicant of total
compliance with all'current ordinance requirements.
