The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a
rezoning request of: Tract l: Lof 2 of Holleman Place .Subdivision. (approximately 6.2 acres)
currently zoned R-5 Apartment Medium Density; and Tract Z: 2.4 acres on the west. side of
Dartmouth, 400' south of Holleman Drive currently zoned R-1 Single Family Residential. Request
, is to rezone both tracts to WPC Wolf Pen Creek Development Corridor...
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas

This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a rezoning request of the
following property:
Subject Property Tract 1: lot 2 of Holleman Place Subdivision (6.2 acres) currently
zoned R-5 Apartment Medium Density and Tract 2: 2.4 acres on
the west side of Dartmouth, 400' south of Holleman Drive
currently zoned R-1 Single Family Residential

The Planning -and Zoning Commission will hold a .public hearing on Thursday, December 4,
1997 at 7:00 p: m. to consider the rezoning request. .The City Council will also hold a public
~ hearing to consider the rezoning request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday,
January 8, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. Both hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room located
at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property
have received notification of this request.

meeting in January.
