NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a
rezoning request for approximately 37 acres located along .the south side of Graham. Road at the
proposed extension of Victoria Avenue, the Westfield Addition, from A-0 Agricultural Open to
R- l Single Family Residential. Owners are Lick Creek Development and Lick Creek Farm &
Ranch, Inc.
The hearing will be held in the Council .Room of the College .Station City Hall, 1101 Texas
Avenueat the 6:00 p.m. meeting of the Commission on Thursday, November 20, 1997.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours before

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 20,
1997 at 6:00 p.m, to consider the rezoning ..request. The City Council will .also hold a public
hearing to consider the rezoning request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday,
becember 11, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. Both hearings will: be held in the City Hall Council Room
located at 1101-Texas Avenue South, College. Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners. within 200 feet of the subject property
have received notification of this request.
