BE IT ORDAINED.. BY THE CITY' COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF .COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: The Foxfire .Subdivision, Phases I - V and a tract of-land commonly referred to as Frost Drive are rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residential to A-OR Rural Residential Subdivision. The subject property is descn~bed by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" and shown graphically in Exhibit "B". A notice of the time and place, where and when said ordinance would be given a public healing and considered for final passage, was published in The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the Cities of Bryan and College Station, said publication being on Monday, December 22, 1997, the same being at least fifteen (15} days prior to a public hearing to be held in the Council Room of .the City Hall in College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, January 7, 1998, to permit the public to be heard prior to final consideration of this ordinance. Area 2: Being all that certain tract or parcel of land more commonly known or referred to as Foxfire Phase II Subdivision, which is described on a plat filed in Volume 358, Page 291 of the Deed Records of Brazos County.
