SMITH `LEAGUE, ABSTRACT NO. 210, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID TRACT BEING A PORTION OF THE REMAINDER OF THAT SAME 595.83 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED FROM DONALD S. MORRIS, ET AL, TO NANTUCKET, LTD., AS DESCRIBED BY DEED RECORDED IN VOLUME 531, PAGE 398 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: The subject 52.14 acre tract described by metes and bounds in the attached "Exhibit A" and shown graphically in "Exhibit B" is rezoned .from A-O Agriculture Open to R-1 Single Family Residential. A notice of the time and place, where and when said ordinance would be given a public hearing and considered for final passage, was published in The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the Cities of Bryan and College Station, said publication being on Wednesday, October 29, 1997, the same being at least fifteen (15) days prior to a public hearing to be held in the Council Room of the City Hall in College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m., on November 13, 1997, to permit the public to be heard prior to final consideration of this ordinance. SMITH LEAGUE ABSTRACT NUMBER 210 COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS Metes and bounds description of all that certain 52.14 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the Sterrett D. Smith League, Abstract No. 210, College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and being. a portion of the remainder of that same 595.83 acre tract conveyed from Donald S. Moms, et al, to Nantucket, Ltd., as described by deed recorded in VOLUME 531, PAGE 398 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, said 52.14 acre tract being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the east corner of said 595.83 acre tract, and lying in the southwest right-of--way line of Texas State Highway No. 6.
