purposes and associated uses. This district is
designed to provide sufficient, suitable
residential neighborhoods, protected from
incompatible uses, provided with necessary
facilities and services.

Minimum lot area is 5000 sq. ft. per unit.
Minimum lot width is 50'.
Minimum lot depth is 100'.
Maximum density of 8 units per acre.
