whichever is applicable).
ABOVE ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT AT LEAST 22
DAYS PRIOR TO PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING. REGULAR
COMMISSION MEETINGS ARE HELD THE FIRST AND THIRD THURSDAYS OF EACH
MONTH.
If a petition for rezoning is denied by the City Council, another application for rezoning shall not be
filed within a period of 180 days from the date of denial, except with permission of the Planning &
Zoning Commission or City Council.

Ordinance No. 1638 (the Zoning Ordinance) requires the applicant to furnish the following

The plan is not incorrect, market conditions have changed as indicated above to
cause the tract tPJI1lQt be economically feasible to develop as an A/P Zone at this
time. For the intended use and for development in the near future, the plan is too
restrictive on the east side of Lincoln.
3.) List any other reasons to support this zone change.
