HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance ~ ORDINANCE NUMBER: 2254 AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND TOTALING 2.5 ACRES LOCATED IN THE RICHARD CARTER SURVEY, ABSTRACT NUMBER 8 AND BEING PART OF THE 13.727 ACRE TRACT DESCRIBED IN THE DEED FROM FRAULINE PUTZ SIMS AND HUSBAND 1. W. SIMS TOF. W. "BERT" WHEELER RECORDED IN VOLUME 444, PAGE 800, OF THE OFFICIAL DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: The subject property, a 2.498 acre tract, described by metes and bounds in "Exhibit An and shown graphically in "Exhibit B" is rezoned from A-P Administrative Professional to C-B Business Commercial with the condition that a sewer impact study be provided at the time of development analyzing the impact of the development on the sewer infrastructure and that any improvements are borne by the developer and that a development agreement outlining details and timing of the development as offered by the applicant. A notice of the time and place, where and when said ordinance would be given a public hearing and considered for final passage, was published in The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the Cities of Bryan and College Station, said publication being on Monday, July 28, 1997, the same being at least fifteen (15) days prior to a public hearing to be held in the Council Room of the City Hall in College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m., on August 12, 1997, to permit the public to be heard prior to final consideration of this ordinance.
