NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a
rezoning request for approximately 8.5 acres located on the southwest comer of University Drive
and Lincoln from R-l Single Family Residential to C-B Business Commercial and for 4.2 acres
located on the southeast comer of University and Lincoln from R-l Single Family Residential to
A-P Administrative Professional.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 11 0 1 Texas
Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting ofthe Commission on Thursday, April 17, 1997.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours before

The College Station City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a rezoning request for

Re: Rezoning request at the corners o/Lincoln Avenue & University Drive East.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received a rezoning request for the
following properties:
Southwest comer of University & Lincoln totaling 8.47 acres from
R-l Single Family Residential to C-B Business Commercial; and,
Southeast comer of University & Lincoln totaling 4.24 acres from
R-l. Single Family Residential to A-P Administrative Professional.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 17, 1997 to
consider the rezoning. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the request on
Thursday, May 8, 1997. Both hearings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Room
located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
Subject Property:
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property
have received notification of this request.
