March 14, 1997 VIA TELECOPY #764-3496 AND FIRST CLASS MAIL Ms. Shirley Volk City of College Station Planning Department 1101 Texas Avenue College Station, Texas 77840 RE: Rezoning Application - Area Progress Property Dear Shirley: Pursuant to our conversations of yesterday afternoon and this morning, enclosed is a Rezoning Application Form which has been executed by United Central Bank, formerly known as Central Bank of Garland. This Rezoning Application Form goes with the Rezoning Application Forms previously sent to your office by Paul Darmitzel on behalf of TAC Realty, Inc. and First American Bank, SSB, which you stated you are in receipt of. From our discussion this morning, I understand that you will need to receive the metes and bounds description today in order for us to meet the April 3rd meeting deadline. I am in the process of trying to reach the individual who has the recent survey of the property. Hopefully, I will be able to reach them and have them fax or hand-deliver the metes and bounds description to you sometime today. I will also try to get you the $250 check today. If you have any questions or if you need any additional information, please give me a call. Thank you very much for your assistance, Shirley. I really appreciate it, especially since Paul is out on vacation. Susan Curtis, Secretary to Paul S. Darmitzel Enclosure '" '. PAUL S.
