Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 Dear Ms. Volk, Enclosed with this letter is the Application for Public Improvement Permit. The application is made to request a permit to erect masonry columns in Phases SB & SD in the. Pebble Creek Development. The columns will be built on lot corners along Lakeway and Parkview Drives. The construction of the columns will be brick masonry on a steel reinforced concrete footing. The dimensions of the columns will be approximately 23 inches square and 6.5 feet tall. Our intent is to place the center of the column on the lot corners. Therefore, one - half of each column will be located within the City of College Station right of way. I have submitted a sketch and plats indicating the location of the columns along with the application. Many residents and visitors use Lakeway and Parkview Drives as their path of entry into the subdivision. The columns will add aesthetic value to the neighborhood. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. If you have, any questions, please contact me at 690-0992. Sincerely, Pebble Creek Development Company Davis . Yo Vice President
