(96-800) A ProjectReview Conunittee meeting was held Wednesday, January 3, 1996 to discuss the above mentioned site plan. . The fQlIowing isa list of Qrdinance requirements identified by the Project Review eommittee. This list does not relieve the applicant of total compliance with all current ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements: Site Plan Related: The proposed dumpsters may not be adequate for the site. The rebar shown in "Type 'B' Dummy Joint" and pavement detail should be changed to "No.4". Landscape Plan Related: Show therequired parking lot screening (shrubs or berms). Only one tree for every 32' linear feet is required (rather than every 25'). e&-~ ~ Include anote regarding the irrigation meter location and size on the landscape plan. Comments/Concerns: Underground electrical service is required. Submit the Electrical Service Request Form and the temporary blanket easement information. The developer is responsible for 20% of the cost of electrical service, all conduit per City design and requirements and the transformer pad and junction box pads per City specifications. The meter will be located on the transformer, service from the transformer to the building is the responsibility of the owner. Provide service voltage (120/208v 3 ph.) or (277/480v 3 ph.), electric load date (total KW) and the location of the required outside disconnect.
