NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting an amendment to the conditional use permit for the following property: Applicant: Barbara S. Hannes, D.V.M. Subiect Property: 100 South Graham Road Southeast comer of the Graham Road & Wellborn Road intersection. (See enclosed map.) Proposed Use: To add exterior dog runs to the existing veterinary clinic. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the above mentioned request on Thursday, November 21, 1996 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas. All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this request.
