NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to
consider a conditional use permit request to allow the Greek Boutique, a retail business
that serves beverages in a C-3 zoning district, 900 Harvey Road, Suite 2, the Post Oak
Village shopping center.
This request will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
October 3, 1996 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas
Avenue South in College Station.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting
a conditional use permit for the following property:
Applicant:
Andrew A. Bernstein
Subiect Property: 900 Harvey Road, Suite 2
Post Oak Village Shopping Center
Currently zoned C-3 Planned Commercial
(See enclosed map.)
Proposed Use: Retail business that also serves beverages.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the above
mentioned request on Thursday, October 3, 1996 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council
Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
