NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to
consider a conditional use permit request to allow the expansion and addition of the
existing South Knoll Elementary School located at 1220 Boswell Street.
This request will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
August 1, 1996 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Room located at HOl Texas
Avenue South in College, Station.

Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

RE: Requestfor additions & renovations of South Knoll Elementary School.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting
a conditional use permit for the following property:
Applicant:
Total Program Management for CSISD
Subiect Property: 1220 Boswell
Approximately 14.32 acres located on the northwest comer
of the Langford & Southwest Parkway intersection.
(See enclosed map.)
Proposed Use.: Additions and renovations of the existing elementary school.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the above
mentioned request on Thursday, August 1, 1996 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council
Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
