NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning. Commission. will hold a public hearing to
consider a conditional use permit request for the additions and renovations of the existing
A&M Consolidated High School facility located at 70.1 F.M. 2818.
This request will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
March 21, 1996. at .7:00. P.M. in the City Halle Council Room located at 1101 Texas
Avenue South in College Station.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Thin. is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting
a conditional use permit for the following property:

701 F.M. 28 T8 at the Welsh Intersection
(See enclosed map.)
Proposed Use: Additions and renovations to the. existing high school facility.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing: to consider the above
mentioned request on Thursday, March 21, 1996 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council
Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All. property owners within 200 feet. of the subject property have received notification of
-this request.
