I have pulled the VarsityFord site plan and the Douglass Nissan. site plan, thinking that I would be able to tell him what. he will have to do re:, islands, etc. in that area which will be fenced off from access to the public.. Well, silly mei At Varsity Ford (the older one built. in 1994) we required islands at the end of the. parking rows, even tho' the public doesn't have regular access.. At Douglass Nissan we didn't require parking islands at the end of parking rowsl What do l tell these people other than that it has to be paved, have curbs and. a drainage report will be required!
