From: To: Date: Subject: Sabina Kuenzel POLICE DEPAgTMENT(JSMITH) 5/24/96 9:12am PRC - Wednesday, May 29, 1996 -Reply easy one first faithful cars - yes, we can: and should show a future dumpster location. they can share with exxon but again only with a future location shown on faithful. mcdonald's - did you notice that the dumpster is going to be visible to marion pugh drive unless it is gated? i think it needs to move, but i don't-have any great ideas as to an alternate location. first national bank - the dumpster should not fact rock prairie road.. it needs to be somwhere other than where it's shown, i agree. but this one should be easier to relocate. i have some alternatives'to where it may face the back of the building and use the building to hide it some. should i fax you something? »> Jim Smith 05/23/96 04:04pm »> Parking Lot Plan - First National Bank (96-413): Gates! Gates! Gates!!! Problems! Problems! Problems!!. I suggest moving the container location to north side of the transformer pad facing the By-Pass Frontage Road fro the east side of the pad facing Rock Prairie Rd. The container will be 250 + feet from the by-pass and would not be as noticable. T could enter the property from the by-pass and exit back onto Rock Prairie Rd. Let me know what you think. Parking Lot Plan - McDonald's Restaurant (96-414): No Problem. Looks good. Parking Lot Plan - Faithful Cars (96-415): This appears to be a small auto repair shop. They should be able to get by with a 90 gallon '.automated container. I would like to see a container location designated on the site for any future growth, use,. etc. ( just like we have done with other properties). Also,. could they have a joint use agreement with the Exxon Station? Just a thought. Thanks!!! From• Jim Smith To: CITY HALL(SKUENZEL) Date: 5/24/96 9:19am Subject: PRC - Wednesday, May 29, 1996 -Reply.-Reply McDonald's - If we need to gate this one, that's ok. I knew this going in as the site is compact and has lots of streets around it. First National Bank - Yes, I'd like to see any alternative locations you have.
