On behalf of Mr. Jerry. Windham and Mr. Frank Thurmond, the owners and
developers of the above-referenced pro,~ect presently submitted for your review
and approval, we respectfully submit for your consideration the following street
name changes in place of those previously approved,

We hope this .letter serves to provide you .with what is required of us in this
matter .and that it meets with your approval and provides the information you
require. I am providing. you 4 copies of the same drawing I gave you previously
showing the proposed new names, that you may distribute them, 1 for yourself
and a copy each to the other 3 parties (Emergency 911, .Fire and Police)
involved in this name change review.

SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat -Pebble Hills Phases. One & Two; proposed phases of the
Pebble Hills Subdivision totaling 48.24 acres divided into 117 single family lots
generally located along the north side of Greens Prairie Road, approximately
1400' east of the State: Highway 6 intersection.. (96-3.12)
A Presubmssion Conference meting :was held Wednesday, August 28, 1996 to discuss the above
mentioned preliminary plat. The following is a list of ordinance. requirements identified by the
Presubmission Conference. This list does not relieve the applicant of total compliance with
all current ordinance requirements.
Ordinance Reduirements
The proposed dedication of only .half of the creek .area as a park/greenbelt is not
acceptable... Far maintenance purposes, the remaining portion of the creek must be
dedicated. .(The timing of the. entire dedication can be negotiated; however, the required.
"parkland" must be dedicated with phase one, If the. entire creek is dedicated at this time,
the developer will receive: credit for future phases of the. Pebble Hills Subdivision on the
other side of the creek.)
_ Clearly show the disfiinction between parkland dedication and green belt area and note
their acreage's.
_ Change the names of :all streets except for Pebble Hills Boulevard. (The names are
confusing. for the emergency. response. system.)
_ Provide three pedestrian accessways 10'' in width with a 4' sidewalk in the following
locations:
Between lots 42 & 43, block 2, phase one and lots 31 & 32, block 2, phase two.
Between lots 14 & 21, block 2, phase one and lots 13 & 22, block 2, phase two.
Between lots 11 and 12, block 1, phase two.

Comments/Concerns:
The developer is required to extend .sanitary sewer and water service through the subject
property to serve the property to the west.
