He said his plans. are to turn in the Preliminary Plat and a revised Master Plan or Master Preliminary Plat (I'm not. sure which, but I think Master Preliminary Plat) on 5/29/96 for scheduling at P&Z on 6/20 & Council on 7/11/96. He said the changes on the Master Plat are very subtle. He asked if he meets this schedule, when would hebe able to submit a Final Plat. I replied that I think he would be safe in turning in the Final Plat of Phase 7 on 6/26/96, which is 6 days after the P&Z consideration. I went onto say there is every possibility that neither the Preliminary Plat nor the Master Preliminary Plat will have to go on to Council if the changes are as .subtle as he says. That way, the Final Plat can go to P&Z on 7/18, and he can certainly: have. final approval at that time. He is relieved, because even thinking everything .had to go to Council, and. the last scheduled meeting would be 8/8 or thereabouts,. he told FM Young he thought he could probably begin construction about Augustlst. (96-311) A Presubmission Conference meeting .was held Wednesday, July 3, 1996 to discuss the above mentioned preliminary plat. The following is a'list of ordinance requirements identified by the Presubmission Conference. This list does not relieve the applicant of total compliance with all current. ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements: _ The proposed off-site 10' public utility easement -located along the rear of block 29 and a portion of block 25 - if needed with this phase, must. be filed by a separate instrument since it is outside of the plat boundary.
