RE: Michael G Laine Subdivision
The subject property is in the City's ET7, about 1.5 miles outside the City Limits on Kemp
Road, which is just off of Highway 60 ,on the west side of the City. The current owner
wishes to subdivide the 10 acres into'two 5 acre lots. and build. a home on each lot.
The City Staff has reviewed the plat and has no concerns. We .recommend approval with
no conditions.
