SUBJECT: Final Plat - Tract B of Ponderosa Place II Subdivision; proposed resubdivision of
tract B totaling 6.0 acres into two C-2 Commercial-Industrial lots generally
located along'the west .side of Longmire Drive,. just north of the Rock Prairie Road
intersection-Longmire Self Storage. (96-230)
A Presubmission Conference. meeting was held Wednesday, August 28, 1996 to discuss the above
mentioned final plat. The following is: a' list of .ordinance requirements identified by the
Presubmission Conference. This'list does not relieve the applicant of total compliance with
all current ordinance requirements.
Ordinance Requirements:
_ Remove the "Approval of .the .City Council" .and. "Approval of the Planning and Zoning
Commission" signature .blocks. Thin replat is a minor plat and can be approved at staff
level by the City Planner and City Engineer.
_ Revise the "City Engineer" signature block to read as follows:
We, Kent Laza, City Engineer-:and Jane Kee, City Planner of the City of College Station,
Texas, hereby certify that. this subdivision plat conforms to the requirements of the
Subdivision Regulations of the City of College Station.

_ Add a general note which states that racts B-1 and B-2 area considered a single building
plot in terms of signage.
_ Add a general note which states if the property is within the 100 year floodplain. (If it is,
show the boundaries of the floodplain on the drawing
