Those engineering considerations were for improving the flow line in part of the gutter, general clean-up, and installation of street lights, Except for. the street lights which cost $].,50o each, the items to be camp~eted were difficult to place a dollar cost so the $10,000. was considered a sufficient amount to caver the work. At this time the general clean-up has been completed, some work has been done on the gutter flew line. although more. may be needed, and the street lights will.'be installed Monday. Aiow we know that a deposit in an amount to gay for streetscape along Monier must also be deposited. The cost for that landscapi;~g and irrigation is estimated to cast $5,000. Since. part of the earlier requirements have been partially completed and the street lights arE to be installed by the time the plat can be processed, cae are asking that the existing $1C3, C00 deposit be utilized for the landscaping.
