Submit a drawing showing theproposed propertyline with the buildings and parking areas superimposed. Remove the "Approval of City. Council" signature block. _ If the driveway between lots. 1 and 2 does not extend beyond the existing parking lot, terminate the 30' shared access easement. _ Verify that the 7.5' side setback requirement located on either side of the 30' shared access easement is met. Correct the zoning district designation on the application. (Note the current land use.) Correct the floodplain acreage on the application.
