The requested variances aze as follows: I. Variance to Section 12-B. Streets - .that requires a .two (2) course inverted penetration asphalt surface. II. Vaziance to Section B-G.6. Cul-de-Sacs - Cul-de-sacs may not exceed .six hundred feet (600') in length. Headwater Lane is proposed as a privately owned and maintained facility.: The geometry and width of the street section are in compliance with the ordinance requirements.
