I called Mike McClure on Monday, June 3, 1996 and asked him to make the following changes to the final plat: Remove .the "Approval of the City Council" signature block. Add the name of the "Planning Secretary" to attest to the P&Z's signature. Add the volume and page number of the 40' access easement. _ Provide the volume and page umber of the release agreement with Wellborn Water Supply (general note#6).
