10.0 acres consisting of two lots located approximately 350' .south. on the east side
of Kemp Road from the intersection of Kemp Road and State Highway 30.

A Presubmission Conference meeting. was held Wednesday,. May 22, 1996 to discuss the above
mentioned. final. plat. Since the plat meets the definition of a "minor plat" as defined by the city's
Subdivision Regulations, the City Planner and City Engineer have the ability to approve the final
plat as long as it meets the minimum requirements. The following is a list of ordinance
requirements identified by the Presubmsson Conference. This list does not relieve the
applicant of total compliance with all current ordinance requirements.
