(96-2.17) A Presubmission Conference meeting. was held Wednesday,. May 22, 1996 to discuss the above mentioned. final. plat. Since the plat meets the definition of a "minor plat" as defined by the city's Subdivision Regulations, the City Planner and City Engineer have the ability to approve the final plat as long as it meets the minimum requirements.
