Final Plat -Emerald Forest Phase Eight; proposed resubdivision of lots 4, 5 and 6 of block 9 totaling 1.13 acres reducing the existing three lots into two single family lots located along Spring Creek Drive. (96-216} A Presubmission Conference meeting was held Wednesday, May 22, 1996 to discuss the above mentioned. final plat:' Since the plat meets the definition of a "minor plat" as defined by the city's Subdivision Regulations, the City Planner and City Engineer have the ability to approve the final plat as long as it .meets the minimum requirements. The following is a list of ordinance requirements .identified by the Presubmission Conference. This .list does not relieve the applicant oftotal compliance with all current. ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements: _ Submit paid tax certificates for the subject property. _ .The "original plat" shown on the amending plat drawing must. be identical to the current plat. filed for .record. Do not show the "existing" ownership lines on the original plat; instead, show the-.original lots 4, S and 6. Note the pavement of width of Spring Creek from back of curb to back of curb on both the original and amending plat. Correct the spelling of "Amending Plant" to "Amending Plat". SUBMIT THE .REVISED AND SIGNED MYLAR ORIGINAL TO BE FILED AT THE BRAZOS COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE.
