George McLean, CSISD Representative SUBJECT: Final Plat -Holleman & Welsh Addition; proposed. subdivision totaling 0.353 acres. consisting of one C-1 zoned lot located on the northeast corner of the Holleman and Welsh intersection. (96-2.15) A Presubmission Conference meeting was held Wednesday, May 22; 1996 to discuss. the above mentioned final plat. Since the plat meets the definition of a "minor plat" as defined by the city's Subdivision Regulations, the City Planner and City Engineer have the ability to approve the final plat as long as it meets the minimum requirements. The fallowing is a list. of ordinance requirements identified by the Presubmission Conference. This list does note.. relieve the applicant of total compliancewith all current ordinance requirements.
