SUBJECT: Final Plat -Holleman & Welsh Addition; proposed. subdivision totaling 0.353
acres. consisting of one C-1 zoned lot located on the northeast corner of the
Holleman and Welsh intersection. (96-2.15)
A Presubmission Conference meeting was held Wednesday, May 22; 1996 to discuss. the above
mentioned final plat. Since the plat meets the definition of a "minor plat" as defined by the city's
Subdivision Regulations, the City Planner and City Engineer have the ability to approve the final
plat as long as it meets the minimum requirements. The fallowing is a list. of ordinance
requirements identified by the Presubmission Conference. This list does note.. relieve the
applicant of total compliancewith all current ordinance requirements.
Ordinance Requirements:
Revise the approval block for the City Engineer as follows:
APPROVAL OF THE CITY ENGINEER AND CITY PLANNER
We, Kent Laza, City Engineer and Jane Kee, City Planner of the City of College Station,
Texas, hereby certify that this subdivision... plat conforms to the requirements of the
subdivision regulations of the City of College Station, Texas.

Correct the spelling of "Welsh Drive" in the key map.
Remove he approval blocks. for the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.
Comments/Concerns:
_ The 15' side .street setback along Welsh Drive should also be called a public utility
easement for telephone service.. Coordinate telephone service details with G.T.E.
