From: Brett McCully To: City Ha11.SVOLK Date: 6/18/96 9:42am Subject: The Library Plat Reply At this point, If the floodway on the, plat is the same. as at PRC, then Pll bet lunch that ray does not know that, and that he'll never close on the resulting lot because so much of his formerly buildable lot is now unbuildable (as in really messes up his site plan). Has debbie come in with a new floodway determination? This is a key question that will decide if the plat goes ahead! »> Shirley Volk 06/18/96 09:26am »> Debbie Keating called me today and said the closing on the property we're selling to,Ray Hansen keeps changing, and now is scheduled for next week. Her question is, do we want to have him sign the plat. now as the owner of that lot and simply hold it and not file it until he is actually the owner, or what?!? I told her Pd check to see what your preference is. I doubt we actually care, except whoever signs it is swearing that he is the owner! CC: City Hal1.NTHOMAS, City Hall.SHOMEYER, City Hal1.V... From: Jim Callaway To: SHOMEYER Date: 1/7/97 9:25am Subject: C.S. .Library final .. ~~ ~. , plat -Reply -Reply Does this mean that the plat needs to have a change made by the engineer's draftsman to meet conditions of approval or does it mean that the plat needs to go back through the process???? »> Steve Homeyer 01/06/97 03:01pm »> The other item that remains is the shared access easement for the C-store and the library. The dimensions for this easement have changed. »> Natalie Thomas 01/06/97 02:21pm »> Will you please look around your office to see if you have the final plat file for the Library (file #96-214)? Shirley asked me to do some research on this plat and I cannot find .the file. This plat has NOT been filed. I'm only sure of one thing that needs to be taken care of before the plat can be filed and that is to resolve the floodway location and reflect the correct location on the plat. (I'm not sure what else needs to be taken care of and I won't know until I find the file.) Thanks for your help! Library final plat -Reply I know that we need to: 1. finalize the floodplain, and more importantly the floodway, and we also need to: 2. eliminate an easement across lot 2 3. enlarge the access easement on FM2154 at this point we are authorizing the floodway study (after finally getting the contract signed) and will bring the results up once we get them C-ya when we get back! »> Natalie Thomas 01/06/97 02:21pm »> Will you please look around your office to see if you have the final plat file for the Library (file #96-214)?
