This plat is located along the southwest,right-of-way line of Victoria Avenue, northeast of North Grahame Road. A Preliminary. plat.. of Phase 4 was approved by Council orn January 12, 1995. Theplatconsists of 10.605 acres and 41 single family residential lots. A presubmission conference was held on February 2,.:.1996 at which time staff had as few minor comments. Staff recommends approval of the plat with the Presubmission Conference comments. Streets -Adequate to handle traffic that will be generated from this subdivision Drainage -Drainage will be underground and will be carried to Mortier Drive where it will enter the underground system in Mortier and be transferred to the detention facility at the corner of Mortier and Victoria.
