Re: Proposed Sewer Extension in Foxfire
Dear Samantha:
Attached please find the profile schematics for: sewer extensions within the Foxfire Subdivision.
These schematics were prepared as described by Veronica and Steve as the information needed for
replatting of two lots in Foxfire.
In looking at the schematics, you can see the proposed lines "B" and "D" do not have sufficient
cover as they approach the manhole located at STAT 11+00 Line "D". This is a constraint
imposed by the masterplan. Consideration should be given to the protection of the sewerline in that
area, as it lies in a drainage pathway, and filling is not an option.
We have verified the depth of the line we are tying into, and used current City topographic maps
for the remaining natural ground elevations over the line. Based upon those topographic maps and
the approved masterplan for Foxfire Subdivision, Lot 7 should have sewer access to Manhole No.
13+70 (Proposed Line "A") across Foxfire Drive.
Sincerely,

Dear Robbie and Deborah:
The Architectural Control Committee has reviewed your request of January 7 to reconfigure your
two lots (Lot 6 and Lot 7, Block 1). This will result in one lot of 3.0 acres and one lot of 1.2
acres. The Committee has approved your request.

RE: Re-drawing of Lot boundries
We would like to ask permission to re-draw the boundries on our lots we currently own in Foxfire. The original lot our home
is built on is Lot 6, Block 1 and contains L8 acres. We purchased, about 10 years ago, Lot 7, Block 1 and it contains 2.4
acres. The configuration of the lot is:
r Lot 7, Block 7
2.A acres
Foxfire Drive
Lot 6, Blackl
7.8 acres
._
I
We would like to re-draw the lot lines to be able to sell off part of Lot 7, Block 1. This configuration would then be:
Lot 7, Blacc 1
1.2 acres
Lat 6, Black 7
3.~ acres
We understand that this could be a problem as stated in the deed restrictions concerning subdividing lots, but we would only
be re-drawing the lines, going from 21ots of 1.8 and 2.4 acres to 21ots of 3.0 and 1.2 acres. We already have a buyer for the
lot and they intend to build a house on the 1.2 acre portion of the property. We do not feel this replatting would affect the
property values of any property owner within Foxfire.
