There are: currently no City utilities located in this area. In addition, Norton Lane
is a private street.

.HISTORICAL OVERVIEW
- The A-OX zoning district was created in concert with residents of the areas that were
annexed in 1995. The goal was to create a district that would .permit land uses and
activities that. were typical in these areas prior to annexation, while ensuring compliance
with appropriate City standards as well.
