This Correction Warranty Deed is made in place of and to correct a Warranty Deed from GRANTOR to GRANTEE dated February 8, 1990, and recorded in Volume 1166, Page 795, in the real property records. of Brazos County, Texas. By mistake that Warranty Deed inadvertently omitted a call in the metes and bounds description. This Correction Warranty Deed is made by GRANTOR and accepted by GRANTEE to correct that mistake, is effective on February 8, 1990, and in all other respects confirms the former Warranty Deed.
