As per your request;. the following is a proposal-for services to provide a certified
field:-note=description and drawing of the above referenced property in south College Station
to be rezoned:
Survey Crew: 16 hrs. @ $75/hr. = $1,200.00
Deed Research: 4 hrs. @ $60/hr. = 240.00
Data Reduction and Calculations: 8 hrs: @ $45/hr. = 360.00
CAD Technician: 20 hrs. @ $35/hr. = 700.00
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED: $2,500.00

Subject: City initiated rezoning
we need to meet tomorrow's deadline for this rezoning of part of the Marsh property. As I recall Mr. Marsh and Ms. Creager both wanted to see Lakeway
about 600 feet from SH 6. I think this gives us enough to do survey work for a metes & bounds. desc. Let's prepare a description for a tract 600' along
Greens Pr. and then north to the creek. We will need this description by about October 20 to get legal to prepare the ordinance. The item would go to P&Z
i 10-17 and CC 11-20.
Can you get this done for us by then??

PURPOSE: This district includes lands within
the. corporate limits of-the City which are not
